The History of Keith & Tim
Tim started playing the guitar at the age of 12, and eventually sang with The Amerson Brothers (of which he was one). Keith started playing and singing early, too, and eventually found his niche in rock-n roll. Well, turns out Keith wanted to change to Gospel Music, so he tried to join the Amerson Brothers. However, about this time, the brothers were shifting gears, too, changing to country music. Well, Keith did join the brothers - Tim, Dan and Steve along with Dan Vernon - to form The Silver Lake Band! This was a popular group around the area for about 4 years, and it, too disbanded (get it?) It wasn't long before Keith agreed to sing a song for special music in his home church one Sunday morning. Rather than go it alone, he called on his old buddy, Tim, and the rest is HISTORY!

Keith & Tim Bio
Keith Stauffer and Tim Amerson have been traveling around western Pennsylvania since 1986, singing about the Lord, and entertaining congregations with their Christian comedy. Accompanying themselves with guitars, mandolin, and piano, they perform a variety of songs including Southern Gospel, country gospel, and good old standards from the hymnbook. They have recorded five albums. Keith and Tim both keep full-time jobs, and sing for the Lord on the weekends. They both have families and reside in the Butler, PA area. They'd be glad to sing for you and your church family, and hope to meet you real soon.
